A little slave

Egyptian tales
from down the Nile,
in Africa
fills our mind with-
sadness for the times,
we've missed.

A slave, a young one too,
was born under Ra's guidance,
all free from sin;
but that fades blank
when as it goes,
faith sinks it's teeth-
into her soul.
